Rhapsody: The Teplo Trilogy #2
By Ayden K Morgen

This book takes up where Ravished left off. Tristan is a DEA agent who has fallen for Lillian Maddox, a former prima ballerina for Pacific Ballet Company. The roller coaster is just beginning. The suspense is nail biting at times. I loved Lillian. She was broken and devastated after her ballet partner purposefully broke her leg. She picked herself up and started the road back to recovery to prove the doctor’s wrong that she would never dance again.

This book focuses on her and the struggle she has to rebuild her life and find a new purpose. She finds that in helping Tristan find the drugs at Teplo and stopping the vicious cycle, by putting the drug dealers and killers behind bars. There are moments of passion and moments of heartache, so bring your tissues.

I have to say this book is my favorite of the two, because it opens up to more family moments between Tristan’s extended family and Lillian’s Dad, who is an ex-cop turned mayor in Bend, OR. I loved the touching moments with her Dad and Tristan. Both men love her dearly.

Ayden, please tell me there is a book for Michael Kincaid. I truly fell in love with him in this book. He is a loner, who is brought in as a semi- partner for Tristan. He fiercely guards “Little Mama”, his nickname for Lillian. He truly made me laugh. He needs his story told.
This book kept me turning the pages. I read it in one sitting. Definitely a five star read and I will anxiously be awaiting book three in this trilogy. Job well done, Ayden. You are now a go to author for this reader. Grab a copy of this book today!
